Hayne is a 20 year restaurant industry veteran having worked extensively in FOH/BOH, Management, and the last 5 years in Concept Development and Consulting. His passion is to create spaces that reflect their locations, fill a food/beverage void, and are destinations for the community surrounding them.

Hayne is the CEO and Chief Consultant at Global Street LLC. This firm specalizes in providing solutions for Start Ups, Small and Medium sized businesses in the Food, Beverage, and Entertainment industry.

NOSH

Hayne launched NOSH as the second of his Flagship concepts in June of 2022. NOSH: Food Lab, located in North West Arkansas, set out to fill a void of creative, menu driven, cuisine in the NWA Food Truck Space. NOSH Currently consists of our mobile Food Lab, with several more Nosh brands in the works.

Delta Biscuit Co.

Delta Biscuit Co. was the first concept Hayne launched, in November of 2018. He created DBC to fill a the lack of Breakfast/Brunch options in Little Rock, AR. DBC opened to great success, winning Best Food Truck in Arkansas multipe times from multiple publications. Currently located in Bentonville, AR and expanding to a Brick and Mortar location in 2023.
